We ship orders within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch time: Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment clears.
- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Delivery delays: External factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times. We will assist where possible but cannot control courier delays.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can check the status of your delivery at any time.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
4. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Health and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

7. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered once the investigation is completed.
